Lisa Vaccarella

Director/ Practitioner

Lisa is a qualified HLTA/ pastoral leader who has over 16 years of experience working within education settings in many different roles, including unqualified teacher roles and learning support roles. She has predominantly worked in pastoral roles within mainstream secondary schools and has had the pleasure of working within a secondary PRU leading on Safeguarding and Attendance. Lisa's passion is working with young people and helping them to overcome any barriers. She takes a methodical approach and uses her interpersonal skills to ensure every young person achieves their very best. Her extensive training has provided her with a wide range of skills and knowledge which contributes to the programmes of support and interventions developed to target the young peoples social and emotional wellbeing. Lisa is a proud mother of four and loves nothing more than spending time with her children and taking her French bulldog, Bella for a walk over Himley or Baggeridge park. 

Michelle Westwood

Teaching Assistant

Michelle is a level 2 qualified teaching assistant. She is an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who has a passion for supporting children with all aspects of school life. Michelle has taken part in lot's of voluntary positions before commencing her role at Liberate and is keen to share the skills and knowledge she has learnt with the young people at the centre. She is a proud mother of six and despite her very busy home life she is always able to find time to help others in her community. Her continued drive and enthusiasm is infectious. 

Michelle has completed extensive training and gained many qualifications in order to help her to better support the young people of Liberate.
